The Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Information Technology enables students to undertake an advanced programme of study, covering a wide range of areas, in order to further their academic subject area knowledge of Information Technology and research skills, in order to obtain employment or advance their careers.
Career/further opportunities
Graduates of this programme (depending on their previous education, experience and choice of electives) could work in positions of responsibility in business analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, information security and forensics, information technology management, project management, software development and software quality assurance.
Graduates may also apply to enrol in the Master of Applied Information Technology, with up to 90 cross-credits.
